some things to think about
the words in my writings here (in the previous 2 posts) encompass alot of what i feel should be coming out the Church. It is the way i think i want to live my life, yet don't know yet quite how.
i would really appreciate any comments on what i have written, especially if you disagree with any of the statements or if they seem to be just not quite right to you, or whatever.
the first one "i will go" has taken some inspiration from Paul and a part of his second letter to the Corinthians.
the second one "follow Jesus there" has taken inspiration from Jesus and what he did and one of his parables.

Sometimes God calls us to go to the ends of the world other times He tells us to go home and tell what God has done for us (Luke 8:39). The thing is to find out which one God is saying to you. (Sometimes the going home is harder as Jesus discovered, Mark 6:4).
Likewise caring for the hungry, the thirsty, the lonely, the needy, the sick, the imprisoned amongst "the brethren" (Matthew 25:40) is just as much a calling and often harder than caring for those in more distance places.

yeah i was not trying to make any ideas about exactly where God is leading us but that probably if we got out more that then we might have a much more real impact in this world for Jesus and the peoples.
